As a SEBI Registered Category I Merchant Banker, Chiranjiv Capital Services Ltd acts as Manager to Open Offers under the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, assuming full regulatory and execution responsibility throughout the takeover process. We advise acquirers on trigger analysis, offer structuring, pricing computation in accordance with prescribed parameters, and strategic planning prior to public announcement.

Our role includes conducting due diligence, issuing and filing the Detailed Public Statement and Draft Letter of Offer with SEBI, managing escrow arrangements, coordinating with stock exchanges, registrars, and depositories, and ensuring strict adherence to statutory timelines and disclosure requirements. We also oversee tendering operations, verification of shares, settlement, and post-offer compliances.
